We use remote support technologies so we can fix most issues as if we were in the office. For those few times when we are required to be on site, having locally based staff means that we can be on the premises very rapidly
We know not every office needs an extensive support contract (some have the own “IT Whiz” who can fix most problems) which is why we have 3 different support levels to cater for different needs.
